Welcome to the Magic Fit Move 7-Day Fitness Challenge, where we'll embark on a journey of transformation and wellness together. Get ready to unleash your potential and discover the power of movement in just 10 minutes a day. Here's your personalized challenge:

Day 1: Foundation

Exercise: Magic Fit Squats Time: 10 minutes Reps: 3 sets of 15 reps Instructions: Begin with a warm-up, then perform 3 sets of 15 Magic Fit Squats, focusing on form and controlled movement.

Day 2: Core Power

Exercise: Magic Fit Plank Time: 10 minutes Reps: Hold for 30 seconds, repeat 3 times Instructions: Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to heels as you hold the Magic Fit Plank position for 30 seconds. Rest briefly between sets.

Day 3: Total Body Sculpt

Exercise: Magic Fit Lunges Time: 10 minutes Reps: 3 sets of 12 reps (each leg) Instructions: Step forward with one leg, lowering your body until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Alternate legs for 3 sets of 12 reps each.

Day 4: Cardio Blast

Exercise: Magic Fit High Knees Time: 10 minutes Reps: 30 seconds high intensity, 30 seconds rest, repeat Instructions: Pump your arms and lift your knees as high as possible, moving at a quick pace for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for the duration of the challenge.

Exercise: Magic Fit Warrior Pose Time: 10 minutes Reps: Hold for 45 seconds, switch sides, repeat Instructions: Find your balance and focus as you hold the Magic Fit Warrior Pose for 45 seconds on each side. Keep your core engaged and breathe deeply.

Day 6: Endurance Challenge

Exercise: Magic Fit Mountain Climbers Time: 10 minutes Reps: 30 seconds high intensity, 30 seconds rest, repeat Instructions: Start in a plank position and quickly alternate bringing your knees toward your chest. Move at a rapid pace for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for the duration of the challenge.

Exercise: Magic Fit Stretching Routine Time: 10 minutes Reps: Hold each stretch for 30 seconds, repeat Instructions: Take time to stretch and unwind with our Magic Fit Stretching Routine. Focus on deep breathing and relaxing into each stretch as you reflect on your journey throughout the week.
