30 DAYS LOVE IT, OR RETURN IT

Want to join the MOVEment?  You can with our 30 Days Love It, or Return It guarantee. We are so confident you are going to love our Magic Fit Move, we'll give you 30 days to try them out! 

If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your money —no questions asked. All you pay is return shipping.

RETURNS ARE EASY:

  1. Call customer service within 30 days from the date you received your Magic Fit at 866-660-0086 or fill out our online form to get a return authorization label.
  2. Repackage your unit in its original Magic Fit box.
  3. We can either send you a return FedEx label or issue a call tag for FedEx to pick up the package and ship it back to ThrivToday, LLC.
  4. Your full refund minus return shipping costs (approximately $30-$40, depending on the unit and origination) is usually processed within 2-3 weeks once we receive the unit.
Please note: This applies to products purchased here at our online store. If the item was ordered through a reseller, you will need to return the product according to their return policy.
